These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GEXFlow (gexflow.io), including our website, dashboard, documentation, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
GEXFlow is operated from South Korea and provides its Service to users worldwide.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GEXFlow. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@gexflow.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
By joining the GEXFlow waitlist, you provide your email address to receive updates about the Service, including launch notifications and early access invitations. Waitlist registration does not guarantee access to the Service or any specific timeline for access.

Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available on the checkout page.
GEXFlow does not directly store credit card or payment information; all payment data is collected and managed by Paddle.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@gexflow.io.
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated automatically based on your location at checkout.
If a payment fails, a first retry will be attempted after 1 day, followed by a second retry after 3 days. If both retries fail, your subscription will expire and your account will revert to the free plan.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
All content, features, functionality, data visualizations, algorithms, and design elements of the Service are owned by GEXFlow and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading analysis purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written consent.
GEXFlow is not a financial advisor, broker, or dealer. The Service provides data visualization and analytical tools for informational and educational purposes only.
While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, GEXFlow does not warrant that the data, analysis, or information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, or current. Market data may be delayed, interrupted, or contain errors. You use the Service and its data at your own risk.
GEXFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. During the beta period, the Service may undergo frequent changes, and features may be added, modified, or removed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GEXFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to GEXFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
The Service may incorporate data from third-party providers (including but not limited to options exchanges, market data vendors, and analytics platforms). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data. Your use of such data is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
For international users: by using the Service, you consent to the application of Korean law and jurisdiction as specified above.
